Ship’s captain (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Overall responsibility for ship and crew
Manoeuvring the ship
Route planning taking into account the weather forecast
Control and procurement of necessary consumables taking into account economic efficiency
Managing fuel stocks
Maintenance and servicing of engine and deck
Ensuring the safety of the passengers
Instruct and supervise crew safety drills
Control of time sheets
Control the crew’s work schedule on deck
Ensuring that navigational systems and equipment are in good working order
Inspect and check the safety equipment on board
Managing the ship’s treasury
Ensuring customer-oriented work and behaviour of the crew
Ensure excellent communication with the company

Your profile:

Nautical certificate of competency captain (up to 500 GT)
Valid certificates according to STCW ’95
Experience with CTVs and KÜMO
Very good command of written and spoken English
Service-oriented and collegial attitude
C-Naut advantageous
